Meet Coach Trevor

Trevor Caldwell brings a lifelong passion for volleyball and more than six years of coaching experience to every athlete he works with. A corporate executive by profession and coach by passion, Trevor is dedicated to helping young athletes build confidence, sharpen their skills, and reach their full potential.

Known throughout the Seattle volleyball community for developing players who earn opportunities with many of the region's top club programs, Trevor has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels. His energetic coaching style blends technical instruction, competitive intensity, and positive encouragement to help athletes grow both on and off the court.

Trevor currently serves as the 8th Grade Varsity Head Coach at Islander Middle School, where he has helped lead championship teams while supporting youth volleyball development through the Boys & Girls Club.

Originally from Southern California, Trevor was an All-Del Rey League Outside Hitter, a multi-year varsity starter, and later competed at Colorado College, where he played against NCAA Division I, II, and III competition throughout his four-year collegiate career. His experience allows him to effectively coach every position while emphasizing the technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game.

Whether training beginners or competitive club athletes, Trevor's goal is simple: help every player become more skilled, more confident, and develop a lifelong love for volleyball.
