Meet Coach Mindy

Mindy McGrath brings a deep love for the game and decades of experience as both a collegiate athlete and accomplished high school coach. A long time ago 😊, she was a Division III setter, earning three SLIAC All-Conference honors and National Small College All-American recognition during her playing days.

Since then, Mindy has built a decorated coaching career, leading her high school teams to multiple state tournament appearances, including a 2nd-place finish in 2018, along with numerous league and district titles. She’s been honored as the 2018 Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association 1A All-State Coach of the Year, TNT All-Area Coach of the Year, and has earned multiple League Coach of the Year honors across both the Nisqually and Emerald City Leagues.

Mindy is passionate about developing complete athletes who compete with heart, character, and teamwork, and she brings that same energy and commitment to every player she coaches.
