Meet Coach Kayleigh
Kayleigh Harper joins Podio as our Hitting and Blocking Coach, bringing championship-level experience and a strong presence to the court. A 6’3” standout from Oak Harbor, she starred at Western Washington University under Coach Diane Flick, where she became the program’s first consensus First Team All-American and was named GNAC Player of the Year. Her senior season was dominant: First Team All-American and All-West Region (AVCA & D2CCA), NCAA II West Regional All-Tournament Team, four-time GNAC Player of the Week, averaging 3.18 kills per set on a .382 hitting percentage, and ranking 3rd nationally with 1.47 blocks per set.
At Podio, Kayleigh is not only a skilled coach but also a role model who inspires athletes to push their game to the next level. She also supports the club with part-time administrative assistance. Off the court, she works in HR, loves spending time with her two children, and is known for her creative themed parties (and for playfully dodging Robe’s coaching offers).
